Rearranging Module Socket Types

I don't think we are currently able to do this, but I think it would be lovely if we could rearrange our module socket types at will. By this I mean, changing their location, reordering them so we can arrange our modules in a neat manner, ideally separately for each preset.
That their location is fixed probably only bothers OCD types, but I don't see any downside to allowing us to freely rearrange the socket types once we have applied them by using Crystallization Catalysts.

I'd also appreciate being able to set the level of a mod after you max it out.
