Freezing, long load time, rubber banding all after patch

[Storm Elemental]

This patch is a bit of a down grade on 1st descendant. I'm getting micro freeing just running around, very long load in times to the point im almost a minute behind others in missions, occasional rubber banding although not much.

Is anyone else have the same after the patch, I have the game on SSD and it was fine before but this !

Any ideas please.
