Why are people saying it's pay to win?

My brother just told me he's gonna stop playing the game because you can buy crystallization catalysts and energy activators... but the game just gives those to you and it's easy to farm... You'd have to be stupid to buy it.

Also who cares if people buy 80 dollar skins, again you'd have to be an idiot or you finally played enough hours to think it was worth it to give the company some money.

Maybe you have to define P2W to me because i mean cmon... it's PvE and all the items people are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about i don't understand, I've maxed out my Ajax and Tamer and i got it from just farming 3% descendants without even realizing it.

It just really seems like people don't like Nexon so when something good finally got released they just wanna ♥♥♥♥ on it with there 0.1 hours on file reviews. lol

its pay to save time basically, also having played destiny for over 2k hours and warframe for over 1k hours I can tell you that ♥♥♥♥ cost more money on those games. Have you seen how much skins are in Diablo 4, an armor set in destiny 2 is like $10, warframe had heirloom skins priced over $50 last year. at least these skins actually look good and are well detailed. play the game if you like it, you can farm everything except certain cosmetics.

It actually does. When talk about skill in video games that falls under the umbrella of dexterity. Some one has to be able to make the inputs and commands in tighter time frames.

When we talk about efficiency it's not about tight timeframe but rather longer ones over time making a difference and using knowledge to apply the right tools, actions.

Quickly shooting a fire based shot at a fire based enemy in a critical zone is a skill shot not an efficient shot.

Shooting an ice based shot at a fire based enemy ANYWHERE is an efficiency shot not a skill shot.

Yeah I made that argument that Destiny 2 and Diablo 4 is more money hungry than First Descendant and that got a rise out of both of my brothers who play. One quit the game entirely and the other one just sends me videos about how First Descendant is bad and he's gonna quit when his P2W World of Warcraft expansion gets released.

People make excuses to avoid admitting they don't have the time or patience to play a particular game - It's probably that.

Guess I have better luck, I can make my 4th one on a F2P model. I just don't have a descendant or gun I wanna put it on. The game gives you 2 energy activators so if you put them on your favorite gun and favorite descendant technically at the moment you don't need more than that. How is it pay to win if it's easy to get the materials?

Run the first dungeon a few times and one shot the Gravewalker for a 3% chance, that's incredibly fair for a free game.

You can farm them pretty easy - I've had 5 without really trying.

They're 6% chance on the alternate rewards for every hard mission - Just check out all of them and pick the ones that also give mats for weapons/descendants you want.

People just see them in the shop and give up on the idea of working? It takes less than an hour to get all the materials.
