Do rewards just disappear?

I spent a lot of the day farming to get stuff for Enzo.
I just did a long mission in White Night Gulch (took like 45 min to finish the whole thing). I got the amorphous material. I then fought the Pyromaniac, and opened it, and managed to get the stabalizer for Enzo!
I go to the Access Info to see what else I need... and the stabalizer says zero... as if I never got it. I went through the whole process specifically to get this piece, and was excited when I got it, and now it's not in my inventory.

Do your rewards just disappear? Is this honestly a thing, where you can work hard at this ridiculous grind, just to have what you get not count?
If this happens for something from void junk using shards for a 3%, I'm just quitting the game right then and there, lol.
Is this a known issue?

They are not suppose to, are you sure you got that reward?

You didn't get the Stabilizer. You got the Stabilizer Blueprint. You have to Research the Stabilizer by spending some other materials and time, go to Anais.

It is possible you had a glitch, or it is possible you misunderstood what you got. But if it only happened once, I would assume it was user error.

ive deleted that comment made an error. i tough he meant the stabalizer rod thingy. but nevertheless its very easy to somethimes by accident farm for the wrong one at first glace (they kinda look the same).

That is very strange, then. It is not something that has happened to me before, definitely not a common bug. You are also the first person I've personally seen on Steam who had this happen, so I'd say it's very rare, even. Terribly unfortunate... I hope you'll quickly get another!

If you think it's the end product after crafting while you got the blueprint via opening an AM, come on man. There is stabilizer and there's stabilizer blueprint.

Another scenario you mistake enhanced cell or catalyst blueprints for what you wanted. Since they all have the sameish icon, with Enzo face at the bottom right.

Just to clarify, just in case, each "part" of a descendant, even the blueprint, needs to be crafted independently, so before it can appear in your inventory, you need to build it via Anis. Did you craft the stabilizer yet?
