Where is my money (caliber) b....

I purchased for 20€ caliber this morning..................
now 10 hours later there still is no money in my mail!?
Last time I bought something the money was instantly in my mail.....whats goind on?!
Anyone had this issue too before? How does it get resolved and how long does it take?

4 days still no answer to my open ticket with Nexon. Where is my caliber for god sake.
The purchase went through with Steam.
I could buy the caliber ingame.
But then ingame no mail arrived with the caliber!

I would have noticed and this is the first thing I checked after I did not recive my caliber.

0 funds atm and the ones I loaded into my wallet are gone because I purchased the caliber.

Same thing happened to me. 4 days you waited. No way. My ticket has been up not even for 24 hours. R u serious. No way am i waiting that long.
Also I uploaded their launcher and it doesnt even has The First Descendant on it to bring up a ticket. They have to improve on this seriously. I know its a new game but my god they should have sorted this out before they released the game!!!!

It should show up in the shop tabs inbox, not the actual mail. If it's not in that tab, than no clue what's going on.

But how silly is that.
I’ve been playing warframe for 3 years now and when you buy platinum through steam it updates the amount of platinum you have currently. I don’t know why Nexon haven’t adapted that into the game.

There's two mailboxes, caliber gets put into a mail section in the store page (i had a heart attack too when it wasn't in the physical mailbox)
