How to get cooled foild not from the cofins?

Is there any cance to get cooling foil for Glay not from the Encrypted storages as i alwys fail the mini-game. And I dont have Enzo.

There are certain elites that drop it, but with how low the chances are and the number they drop is low, if you really want to farm up them faster and care about your overall account's value, I would invest in acquiring Enzo first and then do the encrypted storage boxes.

Elites in white night gulch, iirc. There's a mission with restricted zone, one that has fallen hope part. There's 3 elites each run, you can try that

Sorry, didnt catch you) Where is it droped in the Gulch?

you can check what drops the item by selecting the item from inventory and checking.

Also if you open map/journal there is "access info" (if i remember name correctly) on the top bar that lets you access even items that you dont have in your inventory yet.
