Authorized steam credits to caliber

Have anybody facing this issue currently? When pressing authorize nothing happens my steam wallet was not deducted and did not receive any caliber?

The problem is it didn't deduct my steam wallet and i waited hours for it. When i authorized the purchase nothing happen.

In my case steam requested me to update my information to proceed with the purchase. After I updated it I could buy caliber without any issues.
Maybe your case is the same?

There was no request for me to update my information. When i press purchase there wasn't any error as well.

A few threads have suggested going to Steam support. Apparently some people are being blocked from purchases for suspicious activity. I've only just sent mine through, so I have no idea if it's easy to get this block removed.

weirdly enough in the history purchased it said failed but did not say what is the problem. I had send ticket to the steam support as well thank you!
