I have that error when starting, when I copy and paste the DLL, I get an error 000007b and a notice from Windows about an untrusted file from the EasyAntiCheat

I have tried to reinstall it but it does not execute any action, it tells me that it is not installed or directly tells me that the .exe is not found

You need to install Media feature pack since Windows "N" editions do not have it by default.
Unreal Engine renders intro videos through this on Windows.
