Mission Monster drop clarification?

Trying to farm a mod through a "mission monster" drop. Does this mean any monster in that mission can drop it or only a type of monster like say a yellow bar?

This is where I am confused because I am trying to farm mid-air maneuver in a mission listed as dropping it but in the mission no yellow bar monster spawns in the mission.

you can farm ambush point looks like it drops from there, you can finish that mission in like 25 seconds... should up your chance - more attempts = more chances per hour.

If the mod is listed under Access info as "mission monster" then its a drop from a yellow monster.
If the mod is listed in rewards for said mission, its a reward you can get for completing it and not from kills.

Yeah I get that but the mission listed on there does not have a yellow bar spawning throughout the mission so the drop list must be bugged. its the large nuke reactor one in sterile land its all just red bars. The game says the aerial grapple mod drops mission monsters in that mission.

This needs to be addressed by the developers of this garbage. I have the same problem. An item is listed as a drop from a mission monster in a mission that only has red bar enemies.

There are some gold mods that I got from Normal Monster (not yellow HP bar monster). So, when they say mission monster it most likely means a normal monster. Especially if the list of missions is very long and lists almost every mission in that region. If it only lists one or two missions, it most likely means only the yellow HP bar monster.

Mid Air Maneuvering, says it drops from mission monster in Large Nuclear Reactor.

Yeah I am guessing that is the case so Mission Monster does not necessarily mean yellow bar monster.
