True that last wave of defense can drop crystallization catalysts?

As title says, is it true that last 21 or 30 waves of defense missions can have a chance to drop those catalysts?

It drops a bunch of random loot on top of the loot table ones for full clear.

tbh you can pick some ultimate decendant amorp to farm it will get you many crystallization blueprint i have 30 now and i craft 2 daily not rec to do defense too time consuming imo
