Im sometimes not getting rewards for helping pople with void fusion reactors.

idk if anyone else is experiencing this too, but after this patch im often times not getting rewards for helping randoms with void fusion reactors. we are not doing the exploit that was patched but now something after the ball thing spawns i dont get a prompt to open up a mat pattern. its very frustrating. its happened to me like 3 times today.

It's because you don't have enough void shards. If you cannot pay the fee of activating the Void Reactor, you don't get to use the loot ball.

Do they deduct it off your inventory? Sorry, I only ever solo void fusion.

Correct, you don't get deducted from your inventory if you just hit the bosses. But if you wanna use the loot ball, they do.
