trying to farm for good max Shields where to look ?

care to clarify better what you are looking for? Do you want external components that gives shield?

Some people are saying it's better to build for health and defense over shields being that it's not hard for enemies to strip the shield off, but I haven't tested it much. There are certainly three good hp modes though, and a couple others. Helps a decent amount.

M -> Access Info -> External Components

There you can see all the various different sets and where to get them.
Usually the items from sets have predetermined base stats but I don't think anyone has made a spreadsheet detailing them all, yet, so you'll have to do some research.

If you mean just general components, outside of sets, that happen to roll with max shields stat then that's entirelly up to RNG.

sorry i was looking for the components max shield but i figured out now that you can also have modules to max out the def and shield ... seriously how did i make it to hard mode ?
