Give us Ultimate Blair

Not entirely sure about Ajax, but base versions of at least all other descendant who have Ultimate versions are very good: Lepic, Viessa, Gley, Bunny. Valby who is the next Ultimate character is good too.
Maybe if Blair had one too, it would be a motivation to make him have a functional and viable combat design. Or maybe even make him good.

i made normal blair today and he does rly seems like a fun character to play i like how his skills works can be good farmer and also good at some bosses

the one way the Ult upgrade changes a character is by their exclusive Transcendent mod(aka red mod) and a few extra stats.
Blair is mid at best and will probably stay that way even if he got a Ult form.

Really sucks because I love Blair, but I am noticeably weaker then my friends playing other characters.
