how to play freyna

Play her basically the same way you would play Viessa.

Let me tell you as someone who has an activator and 3 catalysts in her.

You play her by choosing a different descendant. She sucks. Everything she does. Everyone else does better.

If you still want to play her. Focus on CD and skill power for the ulti. Also have a general rounds stat stick for the ulti with fire rate and max rounds for 75+ bullets.

Contagion skill mod is a must but farming it is a pain in the ass. Toxinnplosions have the range of a wet fart so she is only bearable when enemies are close together.

Also stack hp as much as you can with a tad bit of Def. Her 2 can give you a decent Def buff especially if you have some Def stacked.

Thats literally it.

Drop her puddles on spawn points or strong enemies.

Increase Def - Increase HP

Accessories get 3x DEF pieces and hope you get a Memory with additional 4k+ def. Everything will not be "squishy".

Get 40k DEF at least and around 7k HP.

Why is it that everytime someone goes "SHE'S OP!" it's always this guy that you see? Doing 99k with the ulti as a crit, is bad. It just is. She melts bosses every 1 minute when her ulti comes up UNLESS you spec around it. Outside of that, she is not the best choice. The person you said "Sure" to is right, her puddles even when specced into them, don't do much.

I tried her out with 50% skill power increase, 50.4% modifier to skills and a golden reactor with the right weapon, resulting in 18.7k skill power (From the reactor.) with the skills doing 27k each via the reactor. What did I see?

Well, contagion with a range of 144 is a hilarious explosion that barely happens on higher difficulties due to the damage tick of the poison (31x) so you really only see it in mass quantities if you use your ulti to force the 0 room trauma, as your Q just isn't strong enough. It CAN be, but why would you use freyna, when you can do the same thing with Valby?

Same setup on Valby, 50% skill power, 50.4% skill power modifier, purple mod with the weapon (So 16.7k skill power.) 21-23k per attack and my Q alone, does 2.8 million on contact, 93k if you stand in it. It's on a 6 second cooldown...

Just go to youtube and watch any of the guides. There are some for general play and for bossing too, like killing hard bosses in 30 seconds.

Your external components should only be HP and Defense. If you got any shield main stat components get rid of them (Only exception are some set bonus components). You need at least one HP and Defense Module. It's better to fully upgrade 1 HP and Defense module than to stack 3 non upgraded ones.

She can use her puddles to nuke waves of enemies. She can use her Ult to solo hardmode bosses in less than 5 minutes. Etc.

No one cares if you like Valby more. That's not what the OP asked.
