Cant find Nell to progress Main Quest line

Just recently finished the battlefield mission in the fortress area , went back to albion to progress the story , spoke with Alpha and now its telling me to speak with Nell but she isnt there . The main quest marker shows that she is there , but i cant see or speak to her.

Yes i have , ive also verified files as well. Dont know what to do at this stage ._.

So i am in the area and the place were Nell should be , there is a NPC random Soldier

im having something similar happen to me, i can see nell but i cant start the mission with her, have you found a way yet? Mysterious Phenomena, is the mission.

I logged on 2 days ago just for a few mins and the quest icon was above her head but I wasn't planning on playing yet. I got on today and now I can't start the seasonal questline
