Hanged Man Boss need to knows...

So I've lost this fight a bunch of times now because it seems other people don't know what is going on here. I wish people would be like me and look up a video to explain it, but alas...
So giving a few basic points here to help this process along so I can eventually get through it.

1) Hanged Man boss fight has four tubes and a cube sitting in the center of the boss room. This is important, pay attention to it.
2) Do as much damage to him as you can while watching the tubes as they fill with red liquid. The tubes CAN NOT become full otherwise it's going to use an ability that instant death and losing the attempt.
3) Someone in the group needs to pick up the cube before the tubes go full. This will cause the boss to go into it's immune state and start to berserk. The person with the cube needs to run around, they'll be slowed, and not get hit by the electric attacks or the adds. Electric attacks only do damage, adds will knock the cube out of your hands.
As far as I can tell the cube can just sit on the ground, but you don't want to lose where it is. (Correction: According to someone else, the cube needs to be in a player's hands when the tube in the bosses mouth is destroyed, or the liquid in the tubes won't drain. I have not tested this personally, but it's something to keep in mind.)
4) Everyone else needs to focus it's weak point, which is the tube in it's mouth it will charge up to do a massive cone attack. Do enough damage to break it and it will cause them to be stunned briefly, each time it prepares to do the cone attack the tube in it's mouth will be full health, so gotta take it out in one go. If I'm not mistaken I think this will lower the red liquid in the tubes a bit. The idea is to try and lower the liquid as much as you can back down before you put the cube back on.
5) Once the cube is back in place and the tubes are collecting red liquid again, the boss will take normal damage and everyone can fire on him. Again watch the tubes. Do as much damage as you can, go out into the hard mode maps and come back with some level 100 stuff which should help.

These are just general tips for the boss fight, not a comprehensive guide, please keep these things in mind when doing this fight. He's weak to toxin so you can try to use that to your advantage or you might get lucky and someone has a stupidly powerful damage build that works on him, but remember the tips above when you attempt the fight please. I'd like to get through it at some point.

I'm a programmer and this crap seems complicated even to me, let alone a 200iq random Joe Average player. Apparently Nexon expect everyone to be smart and rich in their games considering their prices and complexity of the game

i grew up playing diablo 2 so you ain't wrong. my buddy was just telling me how crap i am qqing about some of these hard mode bosses, because he said the ones in WoW raids are way worse.

This explains a lot. Can understand one complex thing, but can't another. Happens to all of us.

I just remember my friends having friends they played with and if they failed a raid they would literally blacklist players and no longer be friends. Not my cup of tea for sure, I play to have fun. ;)

No I played D2 so much I have zero desire to go back and farm that ZOD rune with a 0.0002 chance to drop. :)

I love the newer stuff especially the looter shooters, this is Warframe 2 to me as I've wanted it for a long time.

We call those **** heads, like most rational people would. Sadly a game that has millions of players is bound to have a decent amount of them.

I don't even know what he does, but it doesn't matter, cause he dead.

For my gun stats? i just put as much power and element hes weak to.

You have to do it with a group, so unless everyone just so happened to do that exact thing, or someone used a silly build to blow it the hell up which would make your set up matter a tad less, I sort of doubt this.
If this boss was solo doable I'd buy that since it brings them down a decent amount.
Still, grats however it was done. I hope to be done with it at some point in the future.
