You can't make 4 different Thunder Cages. weapons all have the same base template so if you activate one Thunder Cage all other TC you make will be activated and likewise if you add a polarity to one slot in one Thunder cage then all of them will have that polarity in that slot.
Again I am fairly certain you can't do this.
It seems rather logical, yes
I hear some debate that if you use this for intercept the a weak point build is more effective even if on the sheet it shows less dps. I have pretty much the same thing but haven't polarized lots yet so just wondering.
I am thinking of maybe dropping recycling genius and adding in weak point insight instead:

I'm pretty sure it doesn't add to base crit chance, it increases 5% by 1.5% which would be about 5.0525%. If you increased crit chance by 20% it would go to 6%. Pretty negligible.
