Shot Focus (Focused Shooting):
> Rare Group_Successor_Cerulean Socket Type
> 4 Rare (Purple) Descendant Cerulean (C) Mods

Shield Collector:
> Ultimate Group_Successor_Cerulean Socket Type
> 4 Ultimate (Yellow) Descendant Cerulean (C) Mods

Hardline Suppression (Suppression with force):
> Ultimate Group_Special Bullets_Rutile Socket Type
> 4 Ultimate (Yellow) Special Ammo (Orange Ammo) Rutile (R) Mods

> Ultimate Group_Shock Bullet_Rutile Socket Type
> 4 Ultimate (Yellow) Impact Ammo (Green Ammo) Rutile (R) Mods

Best for shield collector is 4 descendant mods yellow but one being a collector mod, like hp, mp or potent, I got it in two tries doing this.

It's RNG, you got lucky.

There's nothing saying that using descendant mods you'll get a descendant mod. Maybe there's a higher change since they are all from the same class, but there's no database showing this is truth.

Fastest Cerulean is Bunny Cave and the accompany reactor. It often rewards Cerulean.

For shot focus I highly recommend you strictly combine 4 Cerulean mods. I was able to get 3 from this method.

When you've combined a lot of mods you begin to see pattern. You tend to get Descendant mods when you combine Descendant mods....hence if you want shot focus you should combine C Descendant mods.
