What a piece of junk. I got MP something with 30% from first run, but this purple mod is more rare than red.

Still means 70% of not getting the drop. Keep on truckin' and you'll eventually get it.
You can also combine mods of the same "element" type (cerulean or whatever it may be example) to try and get it

In my case it means to get it in 1-3 runs, unless mission drops rates is completely broken. They say I can get it from Obstructer, but in the past I grind enough here for some parts and it didn't drop either.
I don't combine mods, just sell it)
It was similar with Action&Reaction mod. First time it was stupidly dumb to obtain and after that I received billions of these mods.
The most annoying part is I need a lot to do for U Lepic, but I stuck with some stupid 30% mod. Probably will do other things, than.

It's faster to get modules by combining than by playing missions. Go play Anticipated Ambush Point on hard mode in Sterile Land for a few hours, then go to Albion to combine all the modules you got. Repeat that over and over and you should have almost every module in the game.
