Non-Attribute
I know there isn't really any enemies that are shown to be weak to non-attribute, at least when using ecive, but I have noticed there is a difference based on factions. Order of Truth is weakest, then Legion of Immortality, and Legion of Darkness are strongest against it.

Does this track with colossi too? I've mainly used Sharen until now so I only ever really paid attention to if an enemy showed the blue electric icon over it. Or written out explicitly in the intercept menu. But there is no info on non-attribute.

Some colossus do have high defence to skill damage regardless of elemental type. This is very noticeable on Gley' 4 th ability

Non-Attribute, no mobs are weak or strong to it, every mob is exactly middle with it, So you will always do the same dmg no matter what, not increased or decreased, unless the target is just resistant to skill dmg.

At the same time there are zero enemies that deal it, there is no resist modules or external components for it.

So you can see non-attribute as baseline dmg.

I mean, I've tested this in the lab. There is a difference between the factions and non-attribute damage. It could just be resistance to skill damage in general, but I don't think that'd make sense for basic enemies. Since they have elemental resistances and weaknesses I don't see why they would also have general skill resistance changes for different factions.

I first noticed it in the two kuiper mine missions so I wanted to test to see what the actual difference is.

One faction has no shields, 2 do have shields. That makes a difference.

Only one faction has shields, Legion of Immortal. But they are weaker to my non-attribute skills than Legion of Darkness. Order of Truth, just like Legion of Darkness has no shields, but are far weaker to the skill hits then the other two. Maybe it's just defense stats, but it's kinda weird to think that non-attribute wouldn't have some upper hand over at least a few enemies.

Enemies, even from the same faction, can take less damage. So, some enemies can take about half the damage and most of them are enemies that are bigger than normal ones or Bosses/Elite.

I haven't really tested it out yet, but maybe you should try a lot of enemies in the same faction first to see if any of them take significantly different non-attribute damage than others.
