How am I supposed to buy cosmetics with 0% Ult descendant drop rate?
After 200 hours I've got a handful of Ult descendants components, not more than 2 per descendant. If Nexon expect to get money inflow from players buying cosmetics then they should improve the effective 0% drop rate I'm getting :lunar2019madpig:

Meanwhile I'm dumping my gaming cosmetics budget on Diablo 4 (where I have all characters unlocked and cosmetics accessible in the shop for the mere 28 bucks) + craft beer and wine :lunar2019piginablanket:

TFD's shop is expensive. 1 ult character +1 skin on that character = 60+ bucks.
It is actually theft.
I mean... I'm making +- 420 per month...

Keep trying? Put 1 buck a day in a jar for 60 days, eventually you can buy the bundle. Within 60 days, you might even grind out the ultimate descendant and pay less for her bundle.

As for D4, the base price is 70 bucks... More if you plan to get the expansion which meant you'll be cut off from part of the community if you don't. Or if you went "Ultimate", it's 100 bucks. Then the cash-shop for D4, the cosmetics is around 2000 platinum, from a top-down perspective where you hardly see the details...

TFD shop is cheap once you dump the idea of skipping the gameplay i.e. buying characters. BDO and Diablo 4 costumes are 20-50% more expensive, PoE costumes cost $80 easily - up to $200+

(I'm making $3k/month, with $2.5k expendable because I live in my mom's basement instead of renting flats for 3/4 of my salary - yet no way on Earth I'll spend a dime on skipping the gameplay, outside of the initial Ult Gley purchase)

umm, I have 2 ults currently and I am building my 3rd one. if you are already on 2/4, you just have to focus grind the other 2 pieces.

I share your frustration though

e.g. I was doing "The Shelter (hard)" then "Devourer (hardmode)" loop several times a day for probably like a week to get the ult ajax code drop. It DEFINITELY doesn't feel like a 6% drop

There was an anecdotal situation where I wanted the freshly released Luna component with 32% drop rate. I've made multiple runs and got every single drop form the material, including 6% - instead of Luna's.

"Money-maker" Enzo took a month to get all the "20%" components. Similar situation for Enduring Legacy gun.

Then Diablo 4 started new season, there are new lewd costumes. In BDO they've added bikini "armors".

Nexon is killing its revenue with the 0% drop rates and promises for the better hard-mode Frost Walker future (decreased hitpoints / easier mechanics). Yup, better future for Diablo 4 and BDO it is,

the 0% drop rate is not accurate. it's higher. the problem is that the western world loves to whinge about it because they're not used to farming. they hate it. a large part of eastern games are about farming.

The only situations where I've got Ult descendant drops were Luna and Enduring Legacy components farm. When I've tried to farm Bunny, Valbe, Viessa Ults - It's 0% effectively.

you're doing your farming wrong. You absolutely can just try to play and passively get stuff, but at some point you have to start target farming what you want (preferably using one of the many guides as you can easily end up picking the worst method to get an item of the 3-4 choices you have. once you get 2/4 pieces you might as well focus on getting the other 2 pieces.

ive been target farming for new characters to fill out my 10 slots with the 'required' characters like enzo, sharen, a fire type, and viessa so that i can do all the void fragments, i can stealth outposts without needing to hit all 5 of the spawner things, and to make vaults easier and get 25k-75k kuiper from them. enzo, lepic, and blair were the worst for me because bad rng and lepic being hard to get with his stuff being locked behind hard mode unless you want to bank on a 6% lol. After that i relatively easily farmed most of the ultimate characters. The only ones that gave me trouble was Gley (all of her parts are 6% regardless of source), and ult viessa (awful luck with getting the 25% AM drops from outposts + unlucky with 1 of her parts. took around 40 pulls before i got it). The only ultimate descendent i dont have at this point is valby because shes 1 newer, and 2 i havent focused her yet, but ive gotten 2/4 of her parts passively so now im gonna farm the other 2. During all that farming for other characters + ultimates ive got a decent stock of parts for guns and the descendents i dont have like kyle, esiemo, jayber, and luna. of the 4, only luna is missing parts.

So passively farming stuff works at first and primarily for the base descendents and weapons, but you eventually have to decide "I want this thing and im going to focus it" or else you'll never get a lot of stuff or if you do it will be dozens of hours if not hundreds of hours later because the drop rates on AMs or low % on the item itself

apparently you are blind, because if you were not you would see a huge number of players in Albion running around with cosmetics applied, so your claim is invalid

Yet my money are very valid and I'm bringing it to other games while Nexon may enjoy $0/week of yet another 0% drop rate :lunar2019piginablanket:

Sadly, it's only your claims, you can enjoy your 0.5 buck lunch on the bench, thanks.
Just to put things into perspective for Nexon: I've spent $400 on D4 in a year. Not going to spend a penny on TFD until they improve the drop rates to make cosmetics accessible :lunar2019coolpig:

Seem's like you have comprehensive issues, but don't worry, with age they might improve, or not. But hey, D4 might be in a bad spot, new king inbound as PoE with new best update, and poe2 on the soon way, enjoy while the servers last o/
Ah, yes, PoE with it's $80 costumes, ugly af :lunar2019crylaughingpig:

My comprehension is fine, I just don't take replies from random strangers seriously. My messages are addressed to Nexon employees who monitor the forums. Thanks for bumpint my post though! :lunar2019coolpig:
