Luna and the mod: Multitalented
When using a ' singular ' skill gain all-attribute dmg for 5s, and she is spamming that skill type that often.

Best used on her DPS build since you can keep that 30% damage buff up forever.

Boosts her unique weapon dmg which should always be out ( in dps build or buff build ), cooldown and skill cost reduction don't work for her. duration half works.

Her buffs only last 5s and due to needing to refresh buffs every 5s, as well to build up inspiration through ' stance dancing '
