Do items on the ground despawn/get replaced?

I was just wondering if thats the case like for example farming the bunny run in echo swamp. Does the money stack infinitely on the ground or is there a max for items on the ground?

From my experience (so don't take my word for it), things like currency, health, MP, and ammunition have a lot shorter despawn timer than equipment (reactors, weapons, etc.). The second lasts quite a while before despawning

Yes and no. Gold, Kuiper, equipable stuff...all stays until you loot them or leave them. Ammo, health, MP...these will despawn after some time or too many are out.

I've literally watched gold and kuiper despawn, the timer ain't that long

Its longer for gold and and kuper then the ammo/hp/mp, that stuff is gone in less then 30sec while the equipable stuff with gold/kuiper can be there for minutes.
