My issues with Luna
Luna's that descendant that is pretty polarizing. Many hate her and there are people who argue at how broken she is. Honestly, I've invested the mushroom and several potato's on her and I find her completely inconsistent and reliant on her teammates (when going for support). They hide her damage transcendent on the hardest boss of the game. I know there's a lot here to look at here but hear me out.

Her shooting has these crazy gaps where you are punished for doing damage on a missed timer. This is poor game play mechanics I think. I honestly think they need to buff the hell out of her soloing ability. why make a (very difficult to obtain) mod the only way she can do damage. Why not just make this part of her kit. throttle back her damage for balance or don't. but playing her as support with rando's is not a fun mechanic when you are COMPLELTLY reliant on others to finish the mission/boss for you.

Her shooting the beat doesn't even line up with the beats. I usually have to start with her damage then when i've hit enough people in range, i switch to her mana song to get more beats for damage because the beats are more often than it is when she is on her C. she' mechanically the hardest in the game but her reliance on the team (or that stupid hard mod to get) to do damage is a HUGE wall that no one wants to climb. After leveling her up 4 times, I'm not sure I want to play her in the state she is in. She needs to be able to be self sufficient to clear all content like you can with the starting descendants. I've spent the time (or money for those who have) on this hero, make her busted coming out the gate then nerf her for balance later.

She really need some tuning done on her. Lets discuss.

She definitely needs work to make her more useful in PUG's but she is not as bad as alot of people say (her support setup that is)

You want to get your buff duration to about 8 seconds or close to, so that you can activate Exciting Act, then immediately activate Relaxing Act to give your allies both a Skill Power boost and an MP recovery boost while giving you a quick rhythm to shoot with. Then you just repeat this loop to stay in Relaxing Act.

Also get yourself the Arche Concretion module which will increase your defense and Max MP every time you use a skill.

Building into Max MP with an external component with Max MP and also stacking Arche Concretion can get you over 800 MP. At that much MP on Relaxing Act you can shoot between the notes without running out of mana,

For example Ive maxed out her potential Max MP. The only way I can get more is finding an external component that has more than 155 Max MP on it.
I have 631.99 Max MP as a base, and when Ive stacked up Arche Concretion I have 878.46 Max MP
With that much MP the Exciting Act (non enhanced) buff grants allies 22.1% Skill Power at base and 30.7% skill power at max stacks.
Relaxing Act (non enhanced) grants 4.47 MP per second and at max stacks it grants 6.14 MP per second.
I have a duration of 7.8s so I can give these buffs to all my allies non stop letting them use their skills alot more and do alot more damage.

Her gun does about 20K damage (non crit) per shot which is weak, but enough to take care of trash.

The biggest issue with Luna as a support is that she offers no buffs to weapons, which means any weapon heavy descendant or battles (such as intercepts) where guns are used most of the time her entire kit becomes basically useless

First with Luna is fix the list of bugs with her, there is some I think now 12 confirmed bugs.

After fixing the bugs can they work on balance and issues, which fixing bugs will address a couple of issues.
