Ultimate Valby's Supply Moisture bugged?
I'm standing in water, the passive activates, my abilities crit shows as over 50%.... yet it's clearly not 50% crit. The abilities barely crit at all. Is she bugged?

Nope, valby has REALLY low crit rate, even with supply moisture. It's because she is a continuous damage character.

Makes you wonder if they made her like this because of the valby run >.>

No, freyna is the exact same way. Multiple puddles= lots of damage. Each puddle your Q makes, is a separate damage pool. If it crit every time it ticked, valby could be the highest damage output in the game with one skill due to this. You can stack 3-4 puddles from one Q on the target+direct impact with it is 550% of your skill power. Then you factor in C/V also leave puddles, it would scale out of control quite quickly.

Blair too. Could count Luna as well since her gun is a toggle and only costs when missing a note.

But that's the point of the OP. If it indicates 50% or even 75% crit chance, it should crit this often. But hitting 10 mobs and only one crit is seen, then its not 50% nor 75% crit chance and it happens all the time. Even Bunny with her 3rd ability and 30% crit chance is hitting more crits than Valby.

So its either bugged or has a wrong indication, meaning that 50% on Valby aren't 50% but more like 10%.

No, it shouldn't. Your skill crit isn't 50%, it's 50% of the base value. So 50% on valby is 2.5%. The only thing that got a pass with supply moisture, was weapon crit, which was 20% (I think)

No. Supply Moisture specifically gives you 20% base crit rate on top of the 5% of Valby additive. It's even shown in the inventory when you press W. With crit mods and crit reactor this Value goes as high as 83% crit chance. Not 83% of 5%.

And still. It never crits either 50% or 75% of the time. So yes, it has to be either bugged or shows the wrong stats.

Either way, the crit rate is 20% increase, not 50%, the skill even says 20%. It's showing I have 83% so it's a UI bug, not a character bug I'd say.

no it adds 20% base crit chance, so your base is 25% then you add your mod scaling and reactor (if it has crit) to the 25%

Exactly and with 75% total crit chance almost all of your attacks should be critical hits, but it happens only rarely.
