Drop rate of character getting worst

Have you guys noticed the drop rate of character items getting worse in the last patch?
I've only played 150 hrs so far and I have 4 ultimate characters and all the base girls.
I never had much difficulty farming them, just the bunny, because of how low her drops are.
But in this last patch, farming Luna took as long for me as an ultimate character, and I was trying to farm Ultimate Viessa to complete all the female characters but it's been more than 40x and I haven't dropped a single item from her...
I'm feeling a big difference in this current Patch.
Is it just me?

RNG brother, RNG. It took hour for me to get all for Luna and couple for Ult Valby. After this patch I also got last part for Ult Gley, that never dropped for me before. Also finished collecting all ult weapons today. The only 1 think I still can't get is Ult Viessa cells, because they locked only on intecept battles and have only 6% drop rate. All what left to collect for me is Yujin, Ult Ajax and Ult Viessa

Pure RNG.... I got 181 hours in game and got Luna quite fast. But beside that, I don't have any single Ult Descendants (ok my fault because I didn't care about them so far). I'm starting Ult Viessa and got pretty lucky on the first mats 3/4 (cells, stabilizer and catalyst after few trie) but code almost make me give up. I'm working on the code but it's a huge PITA to get... :D

Got the last 3 10% drops for 3 characters first time in a row and yet I'm struggling for base Lepic Code.
RNG just being a bit random.
Had my bad streaks and good ones.
3 more characters and I have them all.
Not looking forward to the weapon grind though.

You don't even need to look at the chances. You can get it from the first run.

It is RNG, one day you're in luck, the other day you are not..
I just want the RNG to stop throwing Evergy activators to me... I need the Lepic stabilizer

But when something isn't going my way I try something else to help me with my sanity, its not that hard...

I had this happen once they told me no more Blackjack. I can play any game but no more Blackjack.
