MP COLLECTOR MUST BE INSTANT PER KILL
The Module MP Collector should not run on a % chance of proc'ing. REMOVE THE %. Perhaps a 5 x sec CD per kill but not a CHANCE % to function.

Hell no.

The whole point of it is to sustain nuke builds, x% on kill/5s is horrible, unless it would be 100%, but even then... which it also would not be, make an additional mod i don't care, but leave MPC alone xD
