"Blair is Underpowered" post, are you kidding me?

- WIth proper setup, his Q barely has no cooldown...resulting on non-stop fireball throwing on Q, who needs a weapon when u are Blair main?
- Able to recharge MP without blue orb, also the cooldown is stupidly low as well
- VS huge target, you can spam Z that deal tons of damage and a cooldown less than 20 second, not to mention that it's a guarantee spam because of your mana pool never empty

It's all well and good against mobs.

Suddenly you meet a boss with no mobs and and its over.
Some of the amorphous cracking elites regularly hold a funeral for him.

MP drains, and your squishy ass is on the floor.
Outside of that sure, its pretty decent.

If you can dedicate him as a mobbing only class, its fun.

My build will be more well all rounded than this (ditching +Def in favor of 80% dimension dmg modifier and multitalented for even more cd reduction). Probably will just doing million on bosses, but with a cooldown of 7 second on the ultimate skill, which is still a banger in my book.

How come a descendant who has skill that do million dmg with cooldown less than 10 second are considered weak?

Look for Valby build and see why he is underpowered

He is a fire - crit specialist.

Like the video you posted my Ult Lepic will turn that Dead Bride into one in less than 10s.

on solo, because you just bypass his rage phase by keep doing dmg when the boss get stunned.
It's not just Lepic and Valby, other Descendant that has dmg multiplier on firearms also can do the same.
Heck you don't need spesific descendant, some general ammo weapon like Thunder Cage and Enduring Legacy are soo broken right now because two crit damage module that has 200% value in total. Just use some random descendant -> slap all Max hp aux -> equip just 2 max HP Module -> don't even need to use skill at all -> hold lmb with said weapon then proceed to make youtube video about how broken that build is.

Things that stuff like this become less effective on non-solo colossus like obstructor and above...unless you are using chad Kyle that just got fixed on latest patch. Blair while lack giant burst dmg like lepic, is able to deal "above than average" with a very fast cooldown, compared to...let's say...."Ohko dmg build" Lepic that either need to wait a minute or a bit less, or even become ultra glassy for faster cooldown.

I think Blair is just like Jayber at this point, both need proper module to shine, and these two in my opinion is still one of the most consistent "caster" based Descendant.

Would you happen to listen to the World channel on your server? The amount of Lepic farm for Obstructor, Molten, and Frostwalker should indicate outside the normal Gley approach Lepic is a go to powerhouse. Gley is pretty much a powerhouse for almost all Intercepts, same as Valby (Blair's "counterpart") with movement, high crit buff, and actually has a kit against Gluttony.

I have never seen Blair X 4 calls in the World before.

Blair needs his kit redone and be close to Valby with a critical buff. Then yeah you don't see a 3 minute Dead Bride. Valby can do this better with less investment; she just needs her weapon. She can do it with a 60-module capacity set up with Supply Moisture. Just need an enduring.

At this point i prefer 3 Gley or 3 Sharen becase 1. Im Enzo main, and 2. Firearms > Skill damage especially vs bosses. Lepics is kinda bad when boss enter rage mode, while 4 people with Thunder Cage/ Tamer/ Enduring Legacy/ Tamer/ Eternal Willpower will dominate pretty much everything because their weapon deal 2-3 times more damage per RPM than any weapon this game has.

I can normally stagger (take a knee) Obs, FW, and Molten as an Ult Lepic. Players do this so they can skip the mechanics

Most of the time either Lepics don't have the crit values they NEED or they get resisted. FW's rage mechanics doesn't really deal with the fire mechanics later on and 2 minutes is ENOUGH time to stagger, die, and come back to finish it off with the group.

Valby is a crit value descendant (one of the highest next to Enzo), Blair also has crit value (lowest out of all crit descendant).

Compare it to your video of Blair's "effectiveness". This video is a NORMAL lepic with 1 catalyst and a 10-second kill time Dead Bride.

Some peeps who got baited by this "big number" thinking 15M would get them places will probably be shocked. Of course, if players want to role-play as a Super Saiyan or Masterchef no problem but please stop suggesting he is up there with good descendants. He needs rework.
