Has anyone actually gotten it by combining 4 ultimate C mods? I've combined 4 ultimate C mods 30 times now and havent seen it

I can confirm I got it twice. But I just combine all my extra mods without caring on what types are used. Got shot focus yesterday, took a while.

Yes so far I have that one and Shot Focus. No Hardline Suppressions yet. I want to add that you should combine all gold dupes. Combining 4 Cerulean or whatever else increases the weight towards it, but not to an extreme degree

I have spent upwards of 60 hours just farming the Electric Void on Fortress for the gold Overwhelming Defense (as well as mastery exp). I've done upwards of 200 combinations of just gold/ultimate mods and even went the extra step of combining all the purples as well. Not a single Shield Collector. I'm deeming it unfair and giving up. The grind has legitimately ruined the build I was going for. It needs added as a drop somewhere.

Only bright side is I have 426/559 mods in the game since combining has a chance of giving any mod in the game.

Sorry to hear that.. these gold combine mods take a very long time to get. I have a lot of time in this game, combining all the time for most of it when mods are full, and just landed Hardline Suppression for tactical tonight. Still have one left. 538/559. They're very rare

Even combining purples has a chance to give you a gold. There are also purples obtained only through combining.

I did combine and get it but I did random mass combine cause I had 1500 mods and had like 10 m kulper, so decided to combine all the dupe mods
