Module's "Potent Collector" and "Passionate Sponsor" don't work on Luna

With the Potent Collector it was more of a hoping that her skill gauge would be considered a Unique resource. So I get that it shouldnt work. But if the devs did wanted it to work,
I've tested, and it doesn't.

Passionate Sponsor should work, I think, getting the +skill power and ATK, when Buffing allies.
I'd thought that her 2, 3 and 4 skills were considered buffs, as it says in the description for Nimble Footsteps: "Granting a buff to allies"
