I lost all my progresion

I start playing on ps5 and i link my account there. I invest money buy the characters season pass premium outifts etc and i have like 137 hours in game. The bad thing i did i try to link whit steam account also and supprise after that when i enter in ps5 game everything was lost. This is very sad because i invest money and time :( any solutions?

Just contact nexon support?

link where to where in which direction? steam->nexon or nexon->steam. Just undo the linking and relink from ps5 to that specifc nexon account. Not sure you should do it, contact support first.

Unlink steam probably? Since you started without steam, and use PS5 linked acc?
TBH there was a lot of threads about this. When my acc was linked wrong(another email) i asked support to help me. My advice to you: Ask support for help.

I heard about the account linking thing and I too tried linking my PS5/XBX/Steam into one account and my PS5 data was the only thing reset, my XBX and Steam was also reset but I quickly unlinked those two and my original data came back so did you try to unlink everything from Nexon?

Yes i try that and nothing happens,give me an error code [I:14001] and is not connecting to server after that on the ps5 account.

This is genuinely a huge issue, it makes no sense for so many people losing their whole progress for doing something so simple. This should've been fixed ASAP from day one

Yes they need to fix this :( and is very sad because u invest time,money effort and after one move like this everything is lost.
