Luna is all cheeks and no substance

As I expected, they made her a skill buffer... in a game where we're already swimming in one shot builds and mass cooldown builds that rarelly run out of mana. (With a lazily designed minigame where you shoot the air to get inspiration stacks)


Oh but Luna give me that tasty skill power increase off of 7.5% of your max MP (on enhance skill; 3.5% otherwise), with a base of 300 MP that you can push as high as 632 with maxed MP mods for a grand total of 47.4 BASE skillpower increase.
Okay but it stacks, so with some duration you might get anywhere between 8 to 15 stacks or more if you're lucky... that's still going to come out to less than 1000 skill power increase.

Meanwhile I could just slot Spear And Shield mod and buff my massive 18759 skillpower by 8.1% off of that number instead (1519 skp increase) and still be tankier on top of that. Literally any mod affecting skillpower% craps all over that part of her 2nd ability.
Granted, 50% skill crit damage and 35% skill crit rate is nothing to sneeze at but again, we're already swimming in oneshot builds and low kill times, plus with a base duration of 5 seconds and max range of 20meters good luck making use out of that in pubs.


MP recovery + resource cost decrease on her 3rd.... I sleep.
(Does resource cost mean mana cost or special resources like Bunny's Electricity or Ajax's Void Energy? Who cares, utterly useless eitherway)


Cooldown decrease on her 4th... yea nice, sounds really nice... if everyone wasn't already running either oneshot builds or mass cooldown + range builds.



Like I'm not going to kid myself, she has some potential use in coordinated groups... but otherwise she's as generic and badly thought out as I expected her to be and does not fit the current meta whatsoever.

Pure thirst trap and little else.

She has a mod that changes her skills to DPS but her skill set actually turned me off to her. Not sure how the skills change with the mod though and if it makes her any better or not.

I'm glad someone explained her skill set to me because it doesn't make me regret giving up on actively farming her for the moment. Tired of farming especially the really low drop rate items. So appears I am not missing out on anything with her currently.

We already have Enzo as a "gun support" so it's not exactly their fault there for having to do something else with Luna.
I just expected them to be far more creative and thoughtful with her than this.

From a glance her mechanics to execute is going to be annoying . what are you going to look at the , what you are aiming at , the incoming damage or the mini game.

That is also why many people are angry about Bunny, claiming she would be OP. The classes are not the major issues themselves, it is the enemies and missions, where you mostly need to farm and enemies are one-hit-kills at endgame. So you have classes which are OP and which are useless, because of the enemies.

She's fine. But what isn't fine is you have 400 hours in a game that's been out 3 weeks. That's over 18 hours a day... Maybe get some fresh air instead of complaining about non issues on a forum.

Let's be honest, the average player doesn't know how to build correctly in this game and it's too early to tell what will make Luna insanely strong. People are just finding out about Yujin builds.
