Blair buff is trash.
The time spent for the "buff" wasn't worth the effort. Such trash. Turns out they are just as lame as Blizzard.

It's not even worth logging in.

The thing is .. Blaire can still kill solo hard mode Devourer in under 30 seconds.. idk what you’re expecting. Not even close to Blizzards horrid balancing issues.

Only for the gun build.
Fire Ball is his characteristic , not the gun
BTW, Even a support Champ Enzo can melt the boss faster than Blair.
So what's the point.

Tbf, his giant fireball build can still blow away like 60-70% colossi HP on a 10 sec cooldown.....i just found out.

Does need the deadly cuisine mod though.

Lepic 4th ability 1 shot = Blair's giant fire ball, that's the problem
Even tho when you maximize your gun build, 1 rifle bullet critical dmg= 100k dmg
Eternal Willpower max attack speed module around 666 rounds/ min, that's mean 11 rounds /sec , you just need one magazine to do around 2 million dmg in 3sec

And Blair's giant fire ball needs 111>4 , it takes over 5 sec to do this, and it is around 3 to 5 million dmg depends on the colossi's fire resistance

So backdraft gun build still better than his giant fire ball, and it only needs your 1st ability

Just try to search Enzo, Valby critial build in YT, then you will know how strong the gun build is , and how weak the fire ball is
