Gamepass Ultimate code redeemed, no rewards

Hey, my Nexon account is linked to my Xbox account. I redeemed the Game Pass Ultimate perk that gives a back cosmetic and some other stuff but still nothing showed on my mail. Anything else i need to do?

If its anything like the twitch stuff it will be delayed by somewhere between two hours and two weeks.

If you're playing it on both Steam and Xbox, you'll only see the Game pass stuff when you play on Xbox. I play the game on both and the Xbox backpack, for example, is only available when I play on my Xbox.
