mmm viessa kit works great with crit

id say her must haves max are:
skill insight
skill concentration
increased HP
skill expansion (that Q radius omg)
front lines
emergency measures
nimble fingers OR time distribution (for more tanky)

and get absolute zero. cold-boldedness is cool for blizzard spam, but absolute zero is a BEAST. plus it turns all her skills into singular type

if you want more single target damage, get a clairvoyance and max it.

you can view the low defense base she has on her character screen graph.

she has high shields actually. def is her lowest base stat.

defense mod is total waste on viessa. raise HP instead

this guy wants to be taught also.

Def is good on all char as it mitigates damage. didint you see me sayting that the OP had too many Def+ mods.... and overall too many Defensive mods.
My suggestion was only 1 defensive mod and that was the "spear and shield" one the +89 def and +8 skill power.

*edit my viessa herself only sits at 9k def... so

how much damage ya losing for 5k more defense? are you trying to build a tank or somethin?

have you tried running a character WITHOUT that defense mod?

i mean i can post a vid of swamp walker wailing on me for a minute or two if you want to check the survivability of 4k defense without toxic defense

Almost doubles your defense while also boosting skill power

2.)Auto Immunity is a place holder until I get the life steal module. The name of which escapes me at the moment.

viessa has high skill power modifier, so +12 is nothing.
spear and shield gives 8% skill power,
damage is skill, power x skill modifier
so if your skill is at 800 modifier, + 12 modifier is next to nothing.
but if you give +%8 to the skill power, thats +64 which is way bigger than +12

So the the mission in white gulch or whatever it was, near the stairs where you have to defend like 4 points then collect their batteries, and do it with level 50 to level 60 gear (aka level appropriate gear). Also makes sure to have all 4 points activated at the same time.
