SUPER hard to find any info about it!
soooo i look at the tickrate that the ummm thingy it creates does damage. while the damage only scales up 6%, it hits every .11 seconds.
soooo 9 hits every second? thats a lot of damage
Try the handcannon. Goes from 85 consumed mana to restore 10% shields, to 65 mana for 30% shields.
Like, actual Lmao.
Cool!
Can't wait to see it in action!
My research are all occupied with ultimate lepic parts and activator and a jereby part.. so nothing to do for a day there...
But it is the perfect time to farm 5 blueprints of every King Guard parts.
Heeeeey Shaaaaaareeeeeeeeeeen!
That is what I miss from Afterglow Sword. Why the unique ability is not evolving at all?
That's such a cool upgrade you have written there, wow.
hey just a heads up concerning king's guard:
ehhhhhhhh i dont wanna spoil it for ya
its... not good. the firearm 6% damage isnt +, its x so the damage is horrible on the special ability
Whew..
This is quite the disappointment, again.
Guessed it would be fun to pair it with Jayber, but if the weapon isn't going to be better even with upgrades, then it does not worth the effort at all.
Maybe it gets a buff a time..
jic you didnt know
Yeah, I heard of it.
If you can bombard the hell out of enemies, it will be one of the most fun weapons in the game for sure.
Imagine the artillery shower if it had like 30%~ chance to trigger for every bullet.
It would be incredible.
which character are you using it with?
I think the leveling bonus of the weapon does not change by character.
I use it on Enzo, to answer the question.
Weapon does not excel in either crit or weak point. It does have a flat piercing value of 10%, which on paper sounds great, until you realize no modules exist that enhance piercing. It is really odd, as there are special round specific mods like the one that improves the beam buildup. You need to slap whatever you can to expand the magazines anyways. I am still building it up so in theory firing fiesta should work well (i hope). OH, and i would love to know why a weapon that in theory has no recoil STILL moves upwards while keeping the beam on (tested in lab, with/without action and reaction and even vibration absorption maxed. You still get a bit of recoil, ehm wtf...)
Now the unique... I know it's at base lvl, so i don't expect big numbers out of the blue, but jesus is this clunky.... You gotta aim and it will outline a sort of pillar shaped structure that once hit will spread a sort of aoe tick effect on surrounding enemies. To begin with, this cannot be generated unless you target some ground. And aoe isn't terribly big (maybe enhancing this will improve, idk). If it tagged the enemy you hit and spread the ticks it would make more sense. As it is now, Thunder Cage does a better job at mob control.
I am trying to see if it works as a pure elemental beam with chill, which at least would stop mobs enough to eat the aoe effect and see how it goes. But i finished building Enduring Legacy, and even without a reactor slapped to it plus modding it rocks so much more than King's Guard, it is baffling

What does your values look like and modules?
Also, a lot of colossi do have crit resist and some projectile values like Pyromaniac.
