Is there a chart that shows for each descendant the best reactor and what rolls?

Why do you even need one?
Check what type of skills with damage numbers a descendant have and choose which one you want to build upon. Then get a reactor with those multipliers.

Example 1 (The no brainer):
Ajax has Dimension and Tech skills. But only his Tech skills are damaging ones. So makes no sense for him to use Dimension reactor. Also his skills are all Non-Attribute so you need Non-Attribute reactor with Tech.

Example 2 (The easy pick):
Bunny is Electric type, she has Singular(2nd, 3rd) and Fusion(1st,4th,passive) skills. All of them except her 2nd ability does damage. So here you need to decide what do you want to boost. Her Fusion or Singular skills? Depends on build but most are using her Singular (3rd ability) skills for their build.

Example 3 (The tough one):
Viessa is Chill element and her first 3 abilites are all Fusion types, while her 4th and passive are Tech. There are builds for both. Also there is a mod that changes one of her ability to Singular type and there is a build for that one as well.

It's heavy depended on build. You can want 3 differen reactors on the same chara.
Like, Bunny: you want
Range if you do aoe farm.
Dmg on colossus if you do colossus.
Power if you have non-crit build.
Crit if you have crit build and do vs tough targets.
