Bunny evolution skin doesnt work with Ultimate Bunny
For some reason when i kill enemies with my Ultimate Bunny it doest count in 50 000 kills taht needs to be made to upgrade the skin. Is that as it should be? Should i use the ordinary one?

It sounds like a bug. However it would be faster to check it out in the game instead of asking on forums :lunar2019piginablanket:

You need to remove your skill mods. Modded skills such as High Voltage don't count towards the kill total.
