It's a shame i just have no problems and i already bought others things on steam and everything was working perfectly.
I start to have huge doubt about the profesionnalism of Steam, really. This answer is just crazy.
You get flagged for suspicious behavior if you buy too many things within a very short time frame.
I just did one time at the beginning, it never worked... i tried again after. So their safety for sure and i can buy another game with the safety ? it's just they have some issues and they are not able to manage it.
What did you ask them on the ticket ? It's very weird for me... I can add money on the account, buy other things but for first descendant nothing.
I said, "I have enough money in my wallet to purchase this in-game bundle. When I try to buy it, it takes me to the authorize screen. After I click Authorize, nothing happens. I heard this is a common problem. Can you please fix it for me?"
