Issue with FPS, are not stables

Hi guys, I recently started to play TFD, but I have some issues qith the performance, I'm not able to have the FPS stable, it doesn't matter what resolution or quality I put, until I know, I have the a little more for the recomended requisites, this is my laptop hardware:

processor: i7 12700H
RAM: 32.0 GB
GPU: RTX 3070 8GB of vRAM 105W

As I said, I cannot run this game more than 30 FPS and sometimes less than that, and it doesn't matter if I use a lower resolutiopn, 720p or 1080p, the dlss help me toi reach the 30 FPS but not more than that.

Also, I have noticed with the MSI afterburner, my GPU is not using all their capacities, is only using 4GB of vRAM, and their temperature is always at 75~77°C, and something similar happened with my CPU, is around 75°C.

I used to have 16GB of RAM, but I upgraded at 32, thinking that was my problem, but no.

Just once the game could run smoothly at 1080p, setting in high and around 60 FPS with the DLSS on and it was before I upgrade my RAM from 16 to 32 GB, also, I had notice that my vRAM GPU usage was about 7GB and the temperature of both, GPU and CPU increased around 95°C... but the next day I tried to play, well, the game was as before, not stable and my GPU and CPU was as the begining.

I have follwed some things like try to run Steam, the easy anti cheat and the game .exe in the Winbdows 8 compatibility mode, but it didn't work, also, increo the shaders cache setup to unlimited in the nVidia control panel.

If someone oif you had the same issue or if this issue was resolved in other thread, please, share me the link, it will help me a lot, because I'm not able to see any solution in Internet,most of the posts just say to lower the resolution, but I think is not my case.

UE5 is heavy CPU usage. Note the H-series Intel cpu's have integrated graphics. Unless you have that disabled in BIOS, software may choose to use that instead of the dedicated card.

Go to nvidia control panel and check if you're set to use GPU scaling or display scaling, and if you have "override scaling mode" checked or unchecked. There is a multitude of other reasons you could be having issues but, just as a starter point try playing around with your scaling because i know 2 people that just had to use GPU scaling specifically for descendant

1080p, set everything to high. Change visibility and physics to ultra. Set the FPS cap to 60.

Turn off boost clocks on your CPU as well.

If you use something like Afterburner, use it to prioritize temps, and force it limit temps to around 72 to 78 C.

Game's not performing as it should. They botched something with the last update and lots of players experiencing frame drops and freezes. Try again once they deploy a hotfix.

Main Menu works fine 120 FPS and then it drops to 2-3 FPS once I load into the game. They need to fix this problem.

Hello my friend, do you think this cause the problem? I have monitoring both, the memory consumption of the intel graphics and the nvidia, as I said, the RTX is using between 4GB and 5GB of vRAM and the intel one is only using 500MB, I will try it and if it works I will let you know.

Hello friend, it was unchecked, and I have been doing test, checked and unchecked but I haven't noticed any significative difference.

this is UE5 in general. it sucks the fact that next gen means "you need to buy rtx 4080 or 4090"

Hello friend, I tried to set everything to high, even ultra high, but no, the vRAM consumtion was the same en the FPS droped more, but something interesting happened when I disabled the turbo boost, the game, started to play better, between 50 and 60 FPS everything in high at 1080p, but once I close it, and try to play again some time later, it behaved as before, no more than 30FPS.

I tried to do the same, turn on the turbo bost and turn off, but nothing happened n.n'''
