Steam Caliber Purchase?
Is the steam purchasing option for Caliber broken for anyone else?

I select the pack I wish to purchase, and I have enough steam wallet funds. The next button asks to "authorize" and it is green and clickable... but as soon as I click it, the steam shop closes, brings me back to the game, and there is no caliber on my account. The store inbox and the mail system have no caliber, and my steam wallet funds are still there.

So I figured maybe it was a steam overlay issue, and I used the steam client to purchase a Caliber pack... only to get the same issue. After I click the authorize button, the shop acts like I purchased it, but neither removes my funds nor gives me the Caliber.

Am I stupid or doing something wrong? I don't get it. Is this a known issue?

You're not alone in this, I'm in the same situation along with many others. You can try contacting Steam Support and putting a ticket up, from there it's 50/50 whether someone can actually help you resolve your situation, or they don't and only tell you to try again at a later time. I got the latter, unfortunately.

From what I've seen, others have already notified Nexon about it, and that they are trying to work things out with Steam to fix the issue. From my experience, you should be able to buy the other bundles/pack of Calibers each once, after that, it'll be completely blocked, so be careful.

Same here today, I am trying to get the 5k Caliber and get the same issue, nothing happens and the purchase history says "failed" every time.

It doesn't even show up in my history. The last entry was just adding funds to my wallet. There is no failed transaction, no attempted transaction, nothing processing or pending... just nothing.

i'm also facing the same issue i tried to buy the 3k+ bonus pack and everytime i click on authorize payment it just goes blank and does nothing i contacted steam support and they said we found suspicious activity on your account so try to buy at a later time but i even waited for days and still nothing i can't successfully make an purchase, my friend is also having the issue and he waited for 11 days still can't get through, they need to do something and fix the issue and stop with the bot replies

you can check on help - steam support - purchases there you can see your failed purchases
steam even helped some guys and they lifted the restriction on their account so they can normally buy caliber again but for some people they are just saying to wait, it won't work because it's a problem on steam side, i'm going to send an email to nexon about this

I can not find the link to it, but in their support section of Nexon they talk about having a lot of issues with some bugs in the purchase system. Have no idea if they fixed it or still working on it. But other than waiting or restart your system/console I have no other tip.

If you go to Help > Steam Support > Purchases that should show you the full list of your transaction history, including the failed ones, that's how I found out that that was what happened to me. From there, should be able to click on any one of them and it'll bring up everything you need to do to submit a ticket

And to give a brief update, I decided to wait a couple days and test things out. Still completely blocked out, so put in another ticket expressing my growing frustrations, and by some miracle I got lucky and someone "updated" my account so I can buy Caliber again. Only tested it out once so far on the $5, and after a minute it gave me the caliber. I'll come back if it just repeats the problem though.

I’m having the same exact issue. It’s frustrating because I want to support the devs and purchase some of the content they have to offer.

Stopped working for me as well . When the game was released it worked just fine but now same issue as described in the other Posts. The game won't accept my funds to buy caliber.....

Alright, well, I did what Mini_Comic said, and went to
Help -> Steam Support -> Purchases
And I saw my attempts (A whopping 18 tries I am ashamed to admit... but at least I am thorough before asking for help). There, I was also able to click on my most recent attempt and submit a help ticket. I'll update here if that helps or changes anything.

Hopefully you get lucky with a first try, if not, just follow what they say and give it a couple days. I decided to give it 48 hours to try again. If it doesn't work, put another ticket up and make sure you tell them that someone else on their team told you to wait, that's what I did at least, seemed to work for the most part.

Now you have to claim your 18 successful purchases :lunar2019crylaughingpig: It's a manual procedure.

Open the game, open shop UI, see "inbox" in the bottom-left part of the screen, open the messages, click on the attached caliber, see it goes into the caliber number/balance

However it's possible that payment processor is still affected by that IT outage a week ago. Folks report they have to ask Steam support to fix the issue (and it works after Steam's procedure)
