Junk filter does not save and tutorial always showing

Need help in fixing this:
changing junk filter to ultimate and below does not work, need to manually designate gold items as junk one by one and the tutorial always shows up everytime I go to menus.

I am reinstalling the game if it will fix the problem.

The same thing happens to me, I uninstalled it, it was repaired, as I see, it only happens on Steam PC, I sent a ticket, but they don't respond.

Go to C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Local and delete the "M1" folder,

unfortunately for me, uninstalling and reinstalling did not fix the problem
