Trying to do the bunny quest, been to two locations so far, exact image to screen location and the records are not there. I'm on hard mode, does it have to be in normal or am I missing something?

I would recommend watching a youtube video for their locations, they put them on spots you wouldn't check

They're not exactly hard to find. Read the description, go to the area, read the description again, and just go to the spot that makes the most sense.

There's not an icon or anything. It will look like a little black rectangle on the ground. It's not floating, glowing, or doing anything weird.

Check normal mode, because that is where I completed it.

It's very hard giving you any help with how little infomation you're giving us.
Do try on normal mode, and if you could please tell us the map you're having trouble with, that way we might be able to tell you exactly where it is located.
Some of the locations I remember, might not be 100% accurate:
There are 2 files located on cliffs and are very hard to spot, one of which you have to hook up to.
One is on top of a tree house on a very small ledge on the houses roof.
And one is on top of some ruins hidden by vines and leaves.
