You do other things and get code breakers as a bonus.
After you start doing that semi regularly (trust me, you'll want to if you care about upgrading modules) you'll soon find you have more code breakers than you know what do with.
Anyway, just by gold farming a mission (not outpost), you'll get more than enough keys to vaults for materials. Only the ultra precise is rare, the others drop like candy in the grind for gold... You get way more keys you ever need.
Edit: Also don't forget to use a sensor with consumable drop rate increase modifier if you can. It helps.
I think they should be scrapped. The entire process is completely anti the type of game this. It's boring and slow. To find them should be enough. There should be no "key" required. Enzo should just make them easy.
But Enzo should be deleted and instead of him there should be additional passive skills you can add to Descendants, such as Enzo's code breaking, and speed running.
Pretty much impossible to obtain.
So if you see an Enzo strolling around the map, just tag along
Also I don't understand the people who downplay this issue (few people can no-life the game and fewer actually want to, stop treating games like a job ...).
Too many recipes have some of their materials locked behind the need of code breakers.
