the only thing the Shape Stabilizer is good for is quarantining you'll get one of the lesser value items.
NOT ONCE has it helped acquire one of the higher value drops

I mean, I would prefer it when they drop less but give 100% on what you want, but they still sometimes get me what I want. Rng is Rng at the end and it can get realy frustrating sometimes. I got a 3% once on first try but I also farmed 27 Times for a 10%. But maybe they will do some rework to the drop system, or give us a way to sell blueprints we don´t want and buy something we want. Or enable trade between players.

They definitely need to rethink how shape stabilizer should be used. In my opinion, this should give you a 100% chance of dropping the selected item, considering how small drop chance shape stabilizer has.
