Alpha bugged?
I can't talk to him to finish the quest how do I fix this?

i got the same problems you need do some missions in the area of the last quest, not the same try doing all mission is in the area. thats fixed my problems, i join a mission at the last seconds and this make my principal quest bug.

Correct. Its not a bug, if you look in the Mission Log, it states that if Alpha is not there, you will need to complete other missions for him to return. They make it seem like he is on mission himself.

Its something i found annoying because its a Cross-Quest conflict when your doing the main story and the Bunny quests.
