Need help with Pyromaniac

The short version is I'm just not skilled enough to beat it solo and after about 100 group runs I'm getting frustrated... but part of that is my own lack of coordination... might as well be honest about it. Love the game, but I'm otherwise stuck

Yes yes... I'm sure flames to follow, but I admitted it.. I'm uncoordinated! But I'm having fun! Only reason I'm in a hurry is that I need to get past it for the Season Pass week 2, so if nobody feels inclined I'm not giving up!

I'm just throwing this out there but someone recommends a descendant module you can grind on the bio lab infiltration mission. It's called heat release and it gives you burning immunity and 8% fire res.

There are two downsides to this module. One it's a 3% chance drop that is rarer than a 1.5% transcendent module. I've finally got one today (after grinding for the last four days), with six of those transcendent. The other downside is that I had to listen to Yujin sobbing and wailing many times over.

However, it slaps on my Pyro's first try. Paired with a lv 5 heat resist mod I can survive every run.

Edit: After reading all the replies, I assume you're in hard mode. If so, then forget what I was saying because I'm still on normal diff lv 64.

This has been the hardest boss so far. cant seem to get enough dps in group to kill it

Ask for a hard mode player to help you in the discord. Worked for me

I'm pretty new and playing on Xbox but nice to see a helpful community. Gives me some hope for the future of the game along w/positive changes in the patch and future season

I'll bet your trying with bunny but Idk. I had a much easier time using Viessa for early pyro she is much more valuable. 2 Viessa will dominate. And most people will destroy pyro in about 30 seconds right now to a minute.

well maybe not most but you should find someone who needs it for amorphous.
