It's the fact they are listening to players, which is so rare now adays.
If you look next door from Nexon, that's pretty much exactly what happened with "The Finals" where everyone phrased how they listened to player's opinion and it's so amazing, but in fact, it was only the small percentage and completely ruined the game for other majority. It caused a massive decline of player base from 200k to just 12k active players.
So i would say it's nice that they acknowledged some issues and acted upon quickly, it shows how confident they are in their decision and a clear vision and direction for their game. which is great and that's a good thing! so far so good.
Hopefully they keep it up this way and i'll surely come back for more.
