Teammates a hindrance?

I like playing with others. That being said, when you join a public boss operation, the hp seems to jump so high where a boss you melted solo, you can't kill with 3 other people before the time runs out?
Does anyone have a rough idea on how much more hp a boss gets when in a group?

but what I can say teammates are hinderance at times

doing pyroman solo was good advice then, now just join quee and hope somenoe high lvl will carry you

but still... on hanged man.
some ppl will just take ball to make boss invicible and will never put it back, we dont have vote kick, so we need to leave party and start over with new ppl
