Where to shape Amorphous Material without boss? 060 & 070

Trying to farm ulti descendant. I have the materials but I don't know where to shape them like after killing the intercept bosses.

Access info is your friend. 70 at hard mode vespers ruins void fusion reactor. 60 At strile land rockfall zone void fusion reactor.
